1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kreovi ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Kreovi is a marketplace platform that connects content creators with brands seeking user-generated content (UGC). We facilitate the discovery, collaboration, and payment process between these parties.

3. User Accounts

Registration

To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be at least 18 years old

Account Types

The Platform offers two account types:

  • Creator Accounts: For individuals creating content for brands
  • Brand Accounts: For businesses seeking content creators

4. Creator Terms

As a Creator, you agree to:

  • Provide original, high-quality content as specified in campaign briefs
  • Meet agreed-upon deadlines for content delivery
  • Grant appropriate usage rights to brands as specified
  • Not engage in fraudulent or misleading practices
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Accurately represent your skills, experience, and follower counts

5. Brand Terms

As a Brand, you agree to:

  • Provide clear and complete campaign briefs
  • Pay creators promptly upon approval of content
  • Use content only as agreed upon with creators
  • Provide timely feedback on submissions
  • Not request content that violates laws or platform policies

6. Payments and Fees

Platform Fee

Kreovi charges a platform fee of 15% on all transactions. This fee is deducted from the total payment amount.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe. By using our payment services, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Payouts

Creators can request payouts once their balance reaches the minimum threshold. Payouts are processed according to Stripe's standard schedule.

7. Content Guidelines

All content on the Platform must comply with our content guidelines. You may not post content that:

  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
  • Is sexually explicit or pornographic
  • Promotes violence or illegal activities
  • Contains malware or harmful code
  • Is false, misleading, or defamatory

8. Intellectual Property

Creator Content

Creators retain ownership of their original content. By submitting content for a campaign, creators grant the brand a license to use the content as specified in the campaign agreement.

Platform Content

All Platform content, including logos, designs, and software, is owned by Kreovi and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Disputes

In the event of a dispute between creators and brands, Kreovi may, at its discretion, mediate the dispute. However, we are not obligated to do so and are not responsible for resolving disputes.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT OR USERS ON THE PLATFORM.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KREOVI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
